If your piece does not meet expectations, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Contact us at info@prevaut.com with your order number.
We will arrange prepaid return shipping via DHL

Returns must be unworn and in original condition, with all packaging, certificates, and accessories intact. Items showing wear or damage cannot be accepted.

Extended returns for gifts: Orders placed November 1–December 24 may be returned through January 31.
